Our Genuine Apple displays are not re-glassed, refurbished to tampered with in any way. Our screens are removed from devices, hand picked, tested, cleaned and prepared for the best possible replacement. Please note; a replacement screen or battery will trigger a warning message. This is unavoidable without the appropriate software.

These screens are not tampered with in any way, they are not refurbished (code for someone has changed the front glass with an unauthorised replacement, this can cause a host of reliability issues)

The process our screens go though:

  • Removed from device
  • Hand selected for condition
  • individually tested on a phone (not a testing unit)
  • Cleaned & lightly polished (if applicable)
  • Prepared, protective films applied and securely packaged

We stand by our grading, if you have any complaints with the graded screen received we will arrange return and issue a replacement or full refund/credit. 

Grade A "As New"
  • As close to pristine as you would expect, no visible marks
  • Only the best cosmetic condition.
Grade B "Almost New"
  • Typically considered A grade by many resellers & customers.
  • Slightly visible marks / light scratches non visible arms length
Grade C "Used Good Condition"
  • Typically light to medium scratches in 1 or more area
  • No cracks, bends or gouges. 
  • All components present and in working order
